The City of El Monte, in partnership with Cathay Bank and Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment, is hosting an introductory one-day business course for business owners, self-employed individuals and aspiring entrepreneurs on Thursday, September 13 from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Grace T. Black Auditorium. Through the course, participants will learn about business opportunities in the City, lending resources/programs and banking solutions, and how to properly read credit scores.
