Overview
The Zoning Review Committee is comprised of one member of the Planning Commission, the Building Official, and the City Planner. Entitlement applications that require Zoning Review Committee review and/or approval include Minor Variance and Minor Use Permits. Projects that require approval of a Minor Variance or a Minor Use Permit and another concurrent entitlement application (i.e. Conditional Use Permit, Design Review, etc.) are heard solely by the Planning Commission.
