Housing Rights Center (HRC)
The Housing Rights Center (HRC) provides FREE fair housing services to El Monte residents and community members. HRC offers housing discrimination complaint investigation, landlord/tenant counseling, predatory lending referrals, outreach and education, and legal and advocacy services.

Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County
Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles County (NLSLA) primary mission is to combat the effects of poverty by accessing the judicial system to work toward lasting improvements in the lives of individuals and families and in the community. NLSLA provides legal services that lead to improved health, expanded economic opportunities and neighborhood development.
Help is available at no cost to qualifying residents in the areas of Family Law, Imigration Law, Administrative (Public Benefits) Law, Housing Law, Employment Law, Health Law and Community and Consumer Law.
