A mixed use affordable veteran housing development that may produce up to 53 affordable housing units. The project is a community for families who earn 30-60% of the area median income. When complete, the project will result in 19 one-bedroom units, 15 two-bedroom units, 17 three-bedroom units and 2 live/work units.
Hollywood Palos Verdes Apartments (under construction)
49 unit affordable housing development. The project will provide 25 units of homeless veterans and their families earning at or below 30% of area median income (AMI) and 23 units to low-income families earning at or below 50% of AMI, and one unrestricted unit will be served for the resident manager
11605 Garvey Avenue (proposed)
Approximate 33,071 square foot (SF) three-story mixed-use building with 5,393 square feet of ground floor retail space and (26) senior housing residential on the second and third floors, including (3) affordable units. The project site is located at 11605 Garvey Avenue on the northwest corner of Garvey Avenue and La Madera Avenue
4127-4143 Rowland Avenue (proposed)
Approximate 134,725 square foot (SF) Residential Complex: (21) Townhouses each having an attached two-car garage. (44) stacked condos and (6) units stacked affordable condos. The units will be stacked flats with subterranean parking. In addition, a roof garden/courtyard was added above the stacked flats building to provide additional common open space area.

Proposed target from low to very low income . Approximate number of units (33-50) affordable units. The Economic Development Department is currently working on selecting prospective Developer.
